Best place to order cigars. I have ordered at many outlets over the years. Stop wasting you time searching other sites and catalogs. They are attentive, professional and ship quickly. Not new to this cigar, it's as good as a high quality cigar gets IMHO. Name one aspect of this cigar and you would be using the word "excellent", "First Class", etc. alot. This is a tasty, but stronger cigar, and the new cigar smoker needs to get acquainted with its smoking qualities and strength. Easy as she goes needs to be remembered when smoking this great cigar. Don't be afraid to put it down occasionally, and fast puffing is a no, no.....least you be disappointed. You will enjoy this cigar, just take it easy.

Ordered some Romeo y Julieta Reserva from The Cigar Hut. Easy ordering online. Cigars came in less than a week. Cigars were fresh and I have enjoyed sitting on my patio during these Covid-19 with a good cigar. The plus to this virus is I am able to enjoy several a day. (I always look for a silver lining.) Once again, sitting on the patio after golf, I listened to friends complain about the lack of service they receive from companies they order their cigars from. I tell them if they want great service, a great product at good prices they need to shop at the Cigar Hut. This is the company who “service” is their middle name. So stop the complaining get on your damn self ounce and order from a place that provides great service Or quit complaining to me.

If you are looking for a place to purchase your cigars, this is the place. They are knowledgeable, customer friendly and provide the best service. In today’s invironment this is hard to come across. I have written a number of reviews on this site. I am somewhat reluctant to write another review because they continue to offer great service and I don’t want to sound like a paid person for their product. However, their service is unbelievable and unbeatable. I have been a customer for a number of years and experienced very few problems. When those problems did occur they address them immediately and corrected any problem that I might’ve had. If you’re looking for a cigar company to provide you with quality product and great service you need look no further. Congratulations on a company that continues to put their customers and quality first. Look forward to many more years of being a loyal customer.

If your looking for a great place to purchase your cigars, this is the place. In today's fast paced, get it done world they still remember what customer service is all about. If they have a problem, which is very rare, they fix it immediately. I had a delivery that was placed against my garage door. Needless to say when I backed out of my garage and yes right over the box of my favorite cigars, they were flattened. I email them and they immediately overnighted me a new box. No questions or "you should have looked" Plain and simply they made it right. It gave me reason to feel that customer service was still practiced by someone. Customer service is alive and well here. As an added bonus, they have great cigars !!!

Great product and even better service. Several orders ago there was a problem with the Postal Service (USPS) and my order was for 2 boxes of cigars. When it finally arrived only 15 cigars were there the box was broken and of the 15 cigars , some flattened and a note from the postal service saying 'sometimes problems happen". Really. Cigar Hut immediately sent, overnight, 2 next boxes. This time UPS. GREAT SERVICE. They delt with the Post Office. Made it right immediately. That's the type of customer service the provide.
